2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Processing Times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jaya111 balance within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business days. Withdrawals to mobile money wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on the receiving institution.
- jaya111 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
- Withdrawal fees, where applicable, will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

Cricket Betting Specific Rules: For all cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — the following additional rules apply: (a) matches abandoned due to weather are settled according to the DLS method where applicable; (b) if a match is abandoned before the minimum qualifying overs are completed, all bets are voided and stakes returned; (c) player performance markets (e.g., top scorer, most wickets) are settled based on official scorecard data published by the relevant cricket board.
Casino & Slots: All casino games and slot titles on jaya111 are provided by certified third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) and operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software. 7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

- Chargebacks and payment fraud: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile money provider after placing bets or withdrawing winnings. Any confirmed fraudulent chargeback will result in account suspension and recovery action for the full disputed amount.
- Hacking and technical exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to jaya111 systems, exploit software bugs, reverse-engineer platform code, or interfere with the integrity of any game or betting market.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your jaya111 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, jaya111 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds to your registered payment method before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Permanent Closure by jaya111: Accounts may be permanently closed where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed — including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7. Upon permanent closure for cause, jaya111 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals in their entirety, subject to the application of applicable law.
Self-Exclusion: jaya111 provides self-exclusion tools for players who wish to take a break from gambling. Self-exclusion can be configured for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently via the Responsible Gaming section of your account dashboard. After written notice of 30 days without response, a monthly dormancy fee of ৳200 may be applied until the account balance reaches zero, after which the account will be closed. Accounts may be reactivated upon successful identity verification and re-login at any time before the balance is exhausted.

Liability, Privacy & Governing Law
9 Limitation of Liability
jaya111 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
